Safety database

Search RV recalls using official NHTSA data.

Select a model year, make and model to retrieve current U.S. safety-recall records directly from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration API.

Important: A recall listed for a model year does not prove that your specific RV is affected. Safety campaigns can cover only certain build dates, components or VIN ranges. Confirm your exact VIN with NHTSA or the manufacturer before assuming coverage.
Indexed model pages

Popular RV recall searches.

These pages combine an indexable model/year reference with the same live NHTSA lookup.

Where the data comes from

NHTSA publishes recall data covering vehicles, tires, child safety seats and equipment, and exposes a public API that can be queried by model year, make and model. RVVerdicts does not determine whether a safety defect exists and does not replace a VIN-specific recall check.

What to do when you find a campaign

Read the campaign summary, consequence and remedy, note the NHTSA campaign number, then verify your VIN with NHTSA or the RV manufacturer. Recall repairs are generally performed through the manufacturer/dealer process described in the campaign record.
